  • Prepare contracts, shipping documents, invoices, POs
  • Create bookings and accurately assigns rates
  • Assist in maintaining effective communication with customers
  • Work with partner logistic companies to determine equipment availability and schedule
  • Coordinate scheduling and shipping of multiple containers in a short span of time
  • Communicate rate agreement issues to the Sales department for resolution
  • Ensure that any and all documentation required for a shipment is 100% accurate and received in a timely manner
  • Update bookings and related documents when necessary and notifies all affected parties of changes
  • Keep accurate inventory as related to shipment and payment status
  • Work directly with Accounting Department and Sale Executives to assure specific customers’ accounts are handled appropriately
  • Coordinate to assure efficient and effective handling of shipment related documents and tasks
  • Track shipment status and update respective parties
  • Address customer problems and notifies all affected parties of changes
  • Follow up emails and relay payment details
